Art-Science EXtravaganza Planning Social Event

You are warmly invited to join us at a gathering at FLO’s cafe on Wednesday 31st July from 7 – 9.30 pm at which we will:
- Bring and share food, and have some social time together
- Begin to plan the Art-Science EXtravaganza, a large scale event in collaboration with Oxford Natural History Museum on 28th September at which we hope to generate interest, enthusiasm and participation in XR – see our Event Working Document for more details.
- Generate and shape our ideas for performance actions, costumes, props, public engagement, community participation, workshops, talks etc.
- Have fun!
