Finding the love at the wild edge of sorrow
November 24 @ 10:30 am - 5:00 pm
Immerse yourself in a safe space to open to personal, ancestral and planetary grief and to connect with the abundance of love within ourselves, with each other, with Mother Earth and great spirit.
Our day will hold us with transformative breathwork, shamanic journeying, guided meditation, deep rest, direct honouring of the earth in my beautiful garden and movement to integrate our work. We will create a constellation to gain insight and direction with a group question or challenge Expect to feel more connected to all that is, to find some joy and peace within the sorrow of our shifting times, and to know that when we heal ourselves we heal everything.
It’s time to open our wings and fly.
Simple vegan lunch provided but please bring fruit or snacks and a water bottle, 1 or 2 blankets, yoga mat if you have one and a personal item from childhood (or an item of personal power).
