Winter Solstice – Action and Outreach with Meditators

On the Winter Solstice, the turning point of year, Earth Meditators will gather in Cornmarket to sit and reflect upon the urgent need for a turning by us, our fellow citizens and all those in positions of power and influence to tackle the Climate Emergency.

We invite you to join, even if just for just a few minutes, in this Solstice Meditation: bring a cushion, stool or chair and a warm blanket. As the season turns and light returns, we will share our hope for the future of Planet Earth with shoppers and passers by.

We would be very appreciative of anyone who could leaflet and engage the public, to help them understand the meaning of our silent meditation.
