XR Oxford Drummers

XR Oxford Drummers is Oxford’s branch of XR Rhythms UK, the national network of activist percussion bands that support environmental and social justice protest in the UK.

We rehearse once a week and learn the tunes and breaks that all UK XR bands learn, so that we can all play together when we meet at big actions. (The XR Rhythms Player is a resource for learning and practising the tunes and breaks that XR Rhythms UK bands tend to play when we’re all together.)

Everyone is welcome – come along to a rehearsal in Oxford and join part of a friendly group of drummers (special beginners sessions also take place regularly).
